- The Howell City Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Board of Review Member to fill a term expiring November 2015. - The City of Howell is seeking applicants for seasonal part-time help in The Public Works Department. These positions will be 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday). The defined season will begin in April and end in August. Seasonal work will consist of lawn care maintenance, street maintenance, and other tasks related to public works.
