Crosstown Trail Study
National Street Extension
Formerly known as the Loop Road, construction of the National Street Extension was scheduled for Spring 2007 which would connect Pinckney Road (D-19) at the I-96 westbound ramps to South National Avenue, crossing the CSX railroad at Lucy Road. This project will help alleviate traffic congestion throughout Downtown Howell and spur economic growth along the southerly edge of the City. This project is currently on hold until a future date.
