Now anyone can retrieve Assessing data, Tax history, and even pay their Taxes or Utilities...ANYTIME!

The City is pleased to offer its customers an alternative way to view Assessing data and pay Taxes and Water/Sewer bills, which is provided through a service by BSA Software and Official Payments Corporation. The services are a safe and reliable way to view and pay your Taxes and Water/Sewer Bills Online.

Tax payers will be able to pay their taxes online with credit card. Just perform a search, and if you have taxes owing, you will be able to continue to the official payments website to pay taxes online.

Realtors, title companies, and mortgage companies will also be able to access data online. Simply register an account, and you can perform searches and retrievals. There is a small convenience fee for each data retrieval, but the site makes it easy for you to deposit money into your account, and use it over time as you need information.

Please note that there will be an additional fee charged for this service by Official Payments Corporation.

**Please note that a final reading must be requested in order to receive a final bill for a transfer of property. Failure to obtain a final reading may result in additional amounts due and/or penalties. Please call 517-546-3500 to schedule an appointment.
