CTH educates and entertains all ages while fostering an appreciation of the arts. They perfotm mainstage musicals & straight plays, youth shows, as well as offering summer camps and educational workshops.
Livingston Arts Council
The Livingston Arts Council was formed in 1989 to encourage development of the arts in Livingston County. The LAC is currently working on the restoration of the Howell Opera House.
