City Manager

The City Manager is responsible for daily administration of all city operations and implementation of the policies and goals established by the City Council.

City Manager directly supervises the department heads listed below:

• Cemetery Superintendent
• City Assessor
• City Clerk
• City Treasurer
• Community Development Director
• Dept of Public Services Director
• Dept of Public Works Superintendent
• Engineering Technician
• Finance Director
• Human Resources Director
• Parks and Recreation Director
• Police Chief
• Technology Director
• Water Treatment Plant Superintendent
• Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent

Coordinates the three independent consulting entities which report directly to City Council:

• City Attorney
• City Engineer
• City Planning Consultant
